Objective:

The freelancer will be responsible for producing:

(i) Weekly LinkedIn posts

(ii) Scouting relevant content on LinkedIn for key stakeholders to engage with.

(iii) Creating compelling content that highlights the numerous benefits and programmes that exists within the organisation.

The aim is to enhance our company’s online presence, engage with our target audience, establish thought leadership within our industry and position the company as the best place to work.

Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Post Creation:

a. Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn posts aligned with the company’s calendar of events, goals and target audience.

b. Create engaging and compelling written content for weekly LinkedIn posts.

c. Incorporate relevant industry news, insights, and company updates into the posts.

d. Ensure all posts are well-formatted, error-free, and adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.

e. Include appropriate visuals (images, infographics, etc.) to enhance the impact of the posts.

Content Scouting:

a. Regularly monitor and search for relevant industry-specific content on LinkedIn.

b. Identify articles, posts, and discussions that align with our company’s expertise and interests.

c. Curate a list of content pieces that executives can like, comment on, and share with their networks.

d. Provide a brief summary or key talking points for each curated content piece.

e. Ensure that the content aligns with the company’s values and messaging.

Organisation Highlight Features:

a. Co-create an agenda that outlines what sets us apart as an employer of choice

b. Craft a minimum of five (5) engaging narratives that effectively communicate why we are the best place to work, showcasing our exceptional workplace environment, growth opportunities, and employee support initiatives.

Collaboration and Reporting:

a. Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to gather relevant information and updates.

b. Coordinate with executives to understand their preferences and target audience.

c. Attend regular meetings or check-ins to discuss content strategies, progress, and feedback.

d. Provide weekly reports on LinkedIn post performance, including engagement metrics and insights.

e. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages related to the LinkedIn posts in a timely manner.

Deliverables:

v A minimum of three (3) weekly LinkedIn posts created and provided for publishing.

v Weekly curated list of relevant content pieces on LinkedIn for executives to engage with.

v A minimum of five (5) features highlighting the organisation’s benefits and programmes.

v Weekly reports on post-performance, including engagement metrics and key insights.

Timeline:

The PR freelancer will work on an ongoing basis, delivering weekly LinkedIn posts, content scouting and services and organisation highlight features, as per the agreed schedule. The initial contract will cover a period of six (6) months, with the option for extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
