We are seeking to build mathematical models which utilize descriptive analytics, prescriptive analytics, and predictive analytics to achieve the following:
- Enable fast, automated collection of candidate & employee data from multiple sources.
- Utilization of data to:
- Gain deep insight into candidates/employees by considering extensive variables, like developmental opportunities and cultural fit for predictive modeling.
- Identify candidates with attributes that are comparable to the top-performing employees in the organization.
- Provide metrics on how long it takes to hire for specific roles within the organization, enabling departments to be more prepared and informed when the need to hire arises.
- Provide historical data pertaining to periods of over-hiring and under-hiring, enabling the organization to develop better long-term hiring plans.
3. Assess our utilities consumption and behaviors to determine ways to reduce wastage and reduce costs.
