He is the Founder and Executive Director of Edu-Enrichment Team, a charity group that empower youth through education, cultural and performing arts. Yakinie is the Co-Founder and Chairman at NYRC Tourism Jamaica. NYRC Tourism Jamaica is a a fairly new company that offer events planning, talent search, training and consultation services locally and internationally. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Mister and Miss Model of Tourism World an international competition slated to be held in Jamaica March 2021. He was the National Director for Jamaica at Altitude Men International held in Thailand in November 2018. He is currently the National Director for Jamaica at Mister Tourism World with Headquarter located in London and offices in Italy and Malaysia. Mr. Mitchell is not only passionate about pageant but also charity and brand Jamaica. He is a huge lover of tourism.
