My name is Xavier and I have been doing analytics for 4+ years ongoing where I was also a Workforce Management Leader for many leading companies in the BPO space.

I have switched my career path to Telecoms and have been working as a Business Intelligence analyst for the past 2+ years.

I have a very high proficiency using Microsoft Exel and Powerpoint, my BI tool of preference is Tableau but I am now transitioning to Power BI full-time.

My skill-set includes 10 programming languages and I have experience with building front-end designs and back-end code for websites.
