Directs, develops and administers/maintains business intelligence and reporting frameworks, tools and data warehouse to ensure the organization and its business units has the necessary data and information for ongoing daily operations, strategic planning, and continued growth and improvement.

Manage the operation of the Business Intelligence Unit by planning, organizing, controlling, delegating and coordinating its activities to facilitate the achievement of the Unit’s targets and objectives.

Participate in the development, review and implementation of operational systems, policies and procedures to guide the daily BI activities/functions.

Manages the business intelligence development lifecycle.

Administers the business intelligence platform by performing system configuration, monitoring and allocating systems resources, performing system updates in accordance with best practices, industry standards

Designs and develops organizational-wide “views & datasets” and customs

reports to respond to performance questions for decision making;

Develops key performance Indicator dashboards for real time interaction by users at all levels.

Develops and guides the development of reporting solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders and business owners;
