Shekinah Olatunde Ade-Gold was born in Manchester, Jamaica on November 4, 1994 to Nigerian natives Bishop and Reverend Joseph and Grace Ade-Gold. A past student of the Meadowbrook High School, the Edna Manley College for the Visual and Performing Arts and the University of the West Indies, Shekinah has years of experience as a vocalist, saxophonist, percussionist, essayist, orator, debater. He puts his hand, heart and head towards achieving anything that can be accomplished; He was a finalist in the 2012 JCDC Gospel Song Competition, has won numerous academic and competitive awards and was the winner of the 2012 JOOI Club (Optimist International) Caribbean District Oratorical Competition. Formerly, he was the Vice President of the University Pop Society (2016/2017), and is a performing act, a tenured customer service expert, a reading tutor, a social media manager and a music educator. Shekinah currently hosts a blog on therapy involving the creative arts at www.musicandpain.com, and can be reached for queries and collaborations.
