She demonstrates a strong passion towards entrepreneurship, remains current with industry trends, and spends much of her time developing innovative solutions for business growth and financial best practises. Shakera enjoys giving her time and resources to contribute to the betterment of her community and spends a lot of her time volunteering with several organization , including Joy Town Community Development Foundation, a leading national movement to advance youth through sport ,education and mentorship as a mean of addressing critical issues facing today’s youth. She wishes to establish herself as a epitome role model to the youths of our generation.
She is a member of the Joy Town Community Development Foundation and also an active mentor. Shakera is driven with a passion for youth advocacy and development. She believes that every Jamaican can and must participate in volunteerism.
