As the first Member Service Supervisor, I had a very huge portfolio of responsibilities. These included accounting, interacting, recruiting and managing members of the association. My major project was rolling out a membership database that would account for the membership. Other projects included asset utilization that resulted in significant improvement in member satisfaction and expectation.
I started working in the accounts department as an accounting officer where I improved the data entry and filing system. I am now in the inventory department where I primarily liaise with the company\’s overseas supply chain. I prepare and dispatch purchase orders at the request of internal customers. Coordinating shipping and clearance of orders from all over the world. I am currently working on projects that involve using of the firms SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite of products and services that would result in significant improvement in communication and reduction in paperwork for internal customers and the department.
