    I was employed to Conduent Jamaica, Naggos Head Office as a Customer Service Representative on the Asus Account. While there, I offered technical support assistance to customers who were having issues with their devices, I recommended new products to them, if that was their inquiry and I also assisted customers when they needed to have their unit sent in repairs.
