Roger Beadle is a consummate Computer Systems Engineer he began his career in 2001 as a Data Entry Clerk at Knox College and quickly learn and took on the task of computer technician. He later join the team at Church Teachers’ College (CTC) in September 2008 as Systems Administrator. As the Systems Administrator at CTC– he was primarily responsible for leading the college’s adoption of Information and Communication technology as the catalyst for digital transformation, enhancing customer offerings and experience, increasing efficiency and agility as well as to enhance the prospects of the college’s global outlook.

In his capacity as System Administrator at CTC, he established a best in class campus area network built on a fiber optic backbone with ethernet horizontals. This network created the interconnectivity that laid the foundation for unified communication and digital convergence.

Roger is currently the Principal Director of Now Technology Solutions.  Prior to starting Now Technology Solutions, he worked as Systems Analyst for West Indies Alumina Company (WINDALCO) and was responsible for the Plant Information system (PI), he skillfully lead the project, to upgrade this system from the old NT 4.0 based system he inherited when he joined the staff in April 2013, to a modern integrated client server platform with Windows integrated security that made the system much more secure and stable. His innovative and hands on approach was always to the benefit of the many other systems and application he developed and or supported.

He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds a Master of Science Information Science Degree from Northern Caribbean University.  

He is passionate about giving back to society and is Past President of the Lions Club of Mandeville. During his presidency, the organization contributed significantly to the establishment of a histopathology laboratory at the Mandeville Regional hospital to serve the needs of the people. He is also the Chairman of the Knox Junior School Property Committee; during his spare time, he enjoys swimming and walking.
