On the surface, Nicolini S. Williams is an accomplished Customer Service Expert with over 10 years of experience in Administrative Support, Customer Service, Banking, Sales and Research. 

With four years experience in banking, I am equipped to provide detailed, solutions-oriented advice in area of customer service, finance and financial planning. Thanks to my banking experiences, I have provided sound financial advice to small business owners, non-profit organizations and medical professionals. I work well with business executives and can provide consultations for international corporations. 

More than my role as a Banker and Customer Service Expert, I am also effective at persuading and influencing high-ranking individuals. My opinions are highly valued, people trust and respect my judgments. Currently, I am reading for a Batchelor’s Degree in Public Policy and Management. Through my courses, I developed a passionate interest for Project Management, International Development and Public Policy development, implementation and management. 

In particular, I focused on topics like public financial management, concepts and theories in Public Policy, sustainable development, self-government, and political economy. I have also contributed to the research and development of policies. 

After successful completion of my BSc, I hope to apply to the University of Birmingham to study the Masters of Science in International Development with specific focus on Governance and State-building.

I want to engage more with influential decision-makers and thought leaders in international public policy. I am open to challenges, conversations, and an exchange of ideas from the top players in the financial industry and politics. 

My long-term goal is to become a national-level policy adviser. I want to use my untiring commitment and drive to bring more dignity and autonomy to the citizens of Jamaica and other developing countries. After getting a Graduate degree in International Development, I will start working towards this cause. 

I have had a lot of significant professional experiences which has created several tools to help evaluate operational requirements more accurately and improve customer service delivery . My experiences with NGOs has also enabled me to monitor and assesses the performance of groups and grant funding, evaluate project viability based on market trends and examine project costs and spending.

    Provide customer service/interface ensuring to greet customers entering the bank daily whilst positively promoting alternate banking channels.
    Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank customers including accepting deposits, processing loan payments and money transfers.
    Receive and verify loan payments, mortgage payments and utility bill payments, while recording all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.
    Manage daily cash float and maintain drawer limit whilst reconciling and balancing of payments/receipts at the end of each day.
