Nicola has over twenty years of real-world IT experience working as  an IT Professional, Consultant and as a Technical Trainer in industries ranging from start-up to large multi-national companies, where she has demonstrated strong leadership and initiative in addressing complex problems. Having worked with a wide range of personalities in various locales, Nicola adapts easily to new environments where she can function as a team player as well as provide leadership when necessary.  Nicola also serves as a part-time professor in the Cyber Security Faculty for Fanshawe College, London, Ontario.  As a lead instructor and consultant, she has developed and delivered many training and consulting solutions in a variety of platforms inclusive of:
