    During my stint there, I prepared and delivered training materials to aid customers realise personalised goals. In addition, I wrote and published content for educational marketing, copy for interview show promotions and internal sales campaigns, and scripts for joint-venture (JV) campaigns within select online communities. Moreover, I coordinated JV campaign details with JV partners, following initial meeting between partners and the company’s CEO, and maintained the Annual Promotions Calendar, among other things.

    Serving as Quality Assurance Coordinator, I conducted research for developing a quality assurance framework suitable for the organisation\’s business process model. I then implemented the framework by collaborating with the senior management team, organisation-wide representatives and external stakeholders. Additionally, I designed governing framework documents and documentation templates to guide improvement in quality assurance practices, as well as hosted quality assurance committee meetings to coordinate execution of quality assurance initiatives, among other things.
