Andrea Livingston-Prince is head of Business Works Limited,  business management specialists since 1996, for small states and an accredited entrepreneurship trainer for the Caribbean. She is also a Certified Business Adviser with GrowthWheel International and is avidly leading her team to develop virtual consulting for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

 
She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and has professionally served as a financial auditor, business and entrepreneurship trainer and training plan designer,  project designer and manager in over ten countries in the Caribbean. She is certified in Monitoring and Evaluation Training and is developing a model to strengthen monitoring within micro and small enterprises.
 
Her development of the entrepreneurship and business ecosystem in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean has led her to many opportunities including management and direction of the team that designed the popularly acclaimed Export Max III Programme to accelerate a strategic group of Jamaican businesses to raise the capacity of enterprises and the leadership with increased exports as its objectives. The Export Max III is a unique private sector development programme co-implemented by national MSME capacity building agency Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC), Trade Association – Jamaica Manufacturers & Exports Association (JMEA), and Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO). Additionally, for over four (4) years,  she served on the European Commission Panel of remote evaluators for the largest innovation fund in the world – Horizon 2020.
 
Ms Livingston-Prince is also the Caribbean Chair for the German-based entrepreneurship training institution CEFE which focuses on high-participation training on business selection, design, and operations and is used in over 50 countries worldwide. Business Works’ newest training product is called Second Wind – Entrepreneurship Training for the over-50-year old members of the public and prepares for retirement or new employment. She strongly believes in the Gig-Economy and has a  passion for technology, cultural systems, and tools for business growth and sustainability throughout all sectors within the business universe.  Her boutique management consulting firm is referred to as BusinessYeast!
