My journey in several fields, such as law, customer service, and records management, has molded me into an individual that is very passionate about organizing and structuring all my tasks. Some of the ways of organizing these tasks is by documenting and digitizing all records, such as letters, legal documents, client’s expenditure, receipts, invoices and the list goes on. With that being said, I am a firm believer in properly managing company records, as I have seen how positive the results are. It is this drive and passion for organizing and managing records that allowed me to do extremely well when working with companies such as law offices, government entities, and human rights organization.
Also, while working at some law offices, I took the time to implement a workable records and file management database that brought forth effective and efficient management of documents. For instance, a file tracking database that monitors the movement of files from one officer to another, and an action-items management database that would allow the manager and the assistant to stay abreast of the day-to-day tasks. Due to the fact that I am an individual who is for structure and order, I always implement ways to achieve the same in my tasks.
Currently, I do work for a human rights organization which entails documentation, digitization of records, and working on client’s cases. After digitizing documents pertaining to a client’s case I upload the same to the organization’s SharePoint folder. In short, I am a very keen individual in maintaining all types of documents and will do the same for your company.
We will review the reports from both freelancer and employer to give the best decision. It will take 3-5 business days for reviewing after receiving two reports.
