I am a teacher and tutor. I also worked in the BPO sector for over ten years. Initially I started out as a Collection Agent managing inbound and outbound calls. I exuded due
diligence and was promoted to Administrative Clerk. My duties have been extended to include Quality Assurance on to Reporting/Data Analyst which required me to use
Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. The experience garnered in these capacities would prove me to be an ideal candidate as I have developed exceptional problem solving skills
and I am able to interact and communicate effectively both verbally and written with individuals at different levels. In addition I am a willing keen learner for any new task that may arise.
