Perryn Smith is the CEO of Krystal Clear Productions Ltd., a full-service audio, video, multimedia and event production company.

Perryn has over 18 years of industry experience, a graduate of the University of Technology holding a BEng in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Telecommunications.

He is dynamic, a results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in a high-paced Audio-Visual Industry. Perryn utilizes keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Harnessing excellent interpersonal skills, he is capable of resolving multiple and complex issues and motivating staff to peak performance.

As a creative thinker he has managed top client accounts and brands such as Sagicor Jamaica, Jamaica Baptist Union, Jamaica Employers’ Federation, The University of the West Indies (Vice Chancellors Office), Guardian Group Jamaica Ltd, Sandals Resorts International, Scotiabank Jamaica Ltd, Deloitte Consulting, (USAID), SteadyImage (USA).

When not on the job, Perryn enjoys aerial photography and videography. He is married and both share a love for domino, kalooki and salsa dancing.
