I hold a BBA in HR and Marketing from the University of Technology, Jamaica an MBA from the University of Wales in the UK and the HR Certification Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in the US. I am also experienced in the field of Operations Management, having served 3 years as Operations Manager for DHL Jamaica Ltd until July 2020 when I resigned to focus on building my HR Consultancy business.
