Ixes-Roy Thomas holds a MBA from University College of the Caribbean UCC, in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Teacher Education, major in Counselling and a minor in Business Education from the Northern Caribbean University supported by a Diploma in Education, Church Teachers College majors Mathematics and Business Education.
He currently serves as Managing Director and Founder of the marketing and advertising firm, BDMS Solutions Ltd. Prior to this venture he served as Manager Integrated Marketing and Merchandizing at Hardware, Lumber and Marketing–Retail Brand Coordinator at RUBIS Energy Jamaica, Ltd. and Manager Special Service & Customer Service Air Jamaica.
One can depend on his vast knowledge and experience in the areas of Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising; and he is described as “Customer Service Provider extraordinaire.” This exceptional specialization he honed while serving in various Customer Service positions and as Manager – Special Services, leading a team of Customer Service Agents, Customer Care Lead Agents and Supervisors.
Ixes-Roy is a trained Customer Service Facilitator who is proud to have been coached by renowned motivational speaker, Leslie Calvin “Les” Brown. He also serves as VP, Marketing and Public Relations, Jamaica Customer Service Association.
