One of the lead writers of the Local Sustainable development plan for St. Catherine (LSDP), the local sustainable development plan is a master plan sponsored by the European Union; the LSDP is an overarching document which guides development and established policies to manage growth within the parish of St. Catherine. Areas focuses in the plan include social, economical and the environment.
