Investigate and manage the entire claims process from inception to settlement for
Fire, Burglary, Fraud, Armed Robbery, Goods in Transit, Money, Hurricane,
Public Liability and Employer’s Liability accidents.
Carry out risk assessment exercises as required and make recommendations as to
policy application, risk mitigation and industry best practices, where required.
Provide written reports with findings to insurers, inclusive of photographs, written
statements taken from the relevant parties to a loss, measurements and
quantifications and also our recommendations in regards to liability, quantum of
loss, the insurer’s potential legal exposure and quantum of monetary reserve to be
held against each loss, if any.
Conduct loss recovery and disposal of salvage where necessary.
