I am a proficient, self-motivated virtual support professional with excellent skills and successful business experience of over 15 years.
On the surface, I can be seen as being very accomplished with over 15 years’ experience in varied fields, such as; marketing, operations management, customer service consultant, planning, travel management, training and development, business/life coaching, and mediation/conflict resolution.
I pride myself on being considered to be very efficient on all my assignments and as such have been noted to be the “virtual support professional whisperer.”
I have been known to take failing companies, companies that have been experiencing frustration with financing and forced to down sized and transform them into healthy viable businesses with productive and long-lasting results.
I caters to micro-medium size business, startup companies (counsellors, doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists), nonprofit organizations, persons seeking coaching (relationships or life), and learning institutions. Also, I works well with corporate executives and can provide consultation for personal growth.
More than my role as a virtual support professional, I am also effective in coaching high-ranking officials either in personal relationships or life style changes. My opinion is valued, people trust and respect my judgement and my commitment to confidentiality. I earned a B.Sc. degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice back in 2004. My passion was to pursue a career in Criminal Law. However, overtime and based on her life experiences, I quickly discovered that I would be better served as virtual support professional and a coach. After much research and self evaluation, I enrolled in Pierpont Collage and International Virtual Assistant Association, where I earned earned several certifications in the fields that would support my career as a virtual support professional.
In particular I focused on topics such like human relation development, management consulting, marketing, customer service, training and development, through virtual support. After graduating University and completion of several certifications, I worked hard at obtaining my roles as a virtual support professional, and a mediator.
My work experience comprises of working at Heath Creation Industries Ltd as a Marketing Executive, here I conducted market research, developed marketing campaigns, prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans, write reports and advise on how to improve the company through marketing. I also worked with Jacmel E.P.C. Limited as their operations manager, here I was instrumental in the development of company policies and procedures, training and development of staff, streamline logistics and administration operation for each project, responsible for department managers and supervisors, responsible for identifying ways to expand and shift course in order to take advantage of the changing market.
My passion for helping businesses and individuals to achieve success, stems from my experience of working with and offering support to charities and non-profit organizations.
I would like to be able to engage more with result driven entities and businesses with the need for experienced professional services. I am open to challenges, new opportunities and the exchange of ideas from the players in the customer-oriented industry.
My long-term goal is to become the nation’s top virtual support professional. I want to use my untiring commitment and drive to bring more awareness and the benefits of hiring a virtual support professional, especially in this ‘new normal’ way of doing business due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
