Her most recent job was as a content writer, a position she held for one year and eight months with an overseas online company.

I was Executive Secretary to the General Manager. In that position, I performed a wide range of regular and high-level tasks relating to the secretarial profession for a team of young professionals including the General Manager, Financial Controller, Chief Engineer, and Human Resource Manager, among others. My duties included included performing a limited number of human resource-related tasks, planning and arranging board meetings and staff events, attending meetings and producing minutes, supervising lower-level staff, filing and records management, preparing reports, stationery management, other duties as required.
I was Executive Secretary to the Chairman and CEO. In that position, I performed a wide range of executive secretarial duties including the scheduling of executive appointments, managing the records and filing system of the executive office, preparing and editing documents for board meetings, liaising with board members as required, liaising with the managers of the various departments of the company, drafting non-routine correspondence for the Chairman & CEO’s vetting and signature, making travel arrangements and arranging per diem for all travelling officers, improving existing systems and procedures for work simplification and greater productivity among other duties.
