I was initially a Call Agent, receiving calls routed to the Credit Union through the queue, disseminating information about our products and services, as well as checking accounts.

I then moved on to processing Internet Banking requests.

Then I went on to processing Insurance for all 22 branches. I also still assist with Internet Banking and I also help with Payroll and Standing Order Processing.
