An award winning financial services professional, Dennise Williams has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years in the areas of investor behaviour research, corporate communications, media relations, marketing, financial planning, product sales, and customer care.  From 2003 to 2008,  Mrs. Williams was a recognized financial journalist with both the Gleaner and the Jamaica Observer and freelanced at entities such as Edward Gayle Investments and JMMB.  In 2008, Mrs. Williams transitioned to corporate life as Vice President of Marketing at Mayberry Investments.  In 2012, Mrs. Williams was awarded by the Jamaica Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) for her contribution to the JSDA Marketing Committee.   By 2015, Mrs. Williams worked with the team at CVM Television to grow their sales outreach by providing affordable television advertising packages to small businesses.  Based on her team’s efforts, sales grew by 25% year over year and the client base of the television station grew by 200%.  Since 2014 has been the creative director & CEO of Financially Focused Media (www.financiallyfocusmedia.com). This media platform focuses on business and investing news, ideas and inspiration that shares information through traditional and social media.  The radio arm of the group is aired each Wednesday on POWER 106 in Jamaica.  Previously, Mrs. Williams was the host of the on air version of Financially Focused aired on CIN TV and CEEN TV in New York; People TV in Atlanta and in Jamaica on CVM TV and PBCJ as well as Flow Channel 100.  Prior to that, Mrs. Williams hosted Television Jamaica’s Daily Dollar programme.
