I have completed the Bachelor’s Degree program in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica. My main concentration was Accounting with a minor in Banking and Financial Services and although I have this qualification and experience in working with different accounting packages such as Peachtree and QuickBooks, I am versatile and a fast learner and believe I can complete the tasks given in any position. I also possessed certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Customer Service on Social Media.

I have over 10 years of experience collectively in Accounting and Customer Service and over 2 years of experience in Social Media Management. My customer service experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with companies such as Delta, Sandals International, Netflix, and AT&T in the areas of voice, phone, and chat. My Accounting experience has allowed me to have a personal relationship with Payroll and Taxation and has allowed me to be the Accountant for small businesses in the upholstery and car rental business.

As a Social Media Manager, I have created and managed Social Media accounts across all networks which indicates I am good at content creation, reading, and analyzing analytics and insights. 

Content writing is a passion of mine and so I able to write on any topic.

I am a leader by nature, and I possess the necessary skills to complete any job as I am a very dynamic and hardworking individual who always aims to achieve the greatest success. I am meticulous in detail and willing to endure great lengths and training in understanding the policies and procedures needed to effectively complete all aspects of the job.
 
I have an excellent command of the English Language, as well as letter/email writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. I also can type at least forty (40) words per minute.
