I have acquired a bachelor’s degree in Computer Forensics and Security and I have work in di where I gained hands on experience working with professional IT Specialists. My experience includes installing systems and assisting clients by helping them learn how to use their new systems.
I gained extensive knowledge of programming languages, networks and technology infrastructures. I have the skills to make recommendations to help improve existing systems and I possess extensive knowledge of MS Office programs. I also have excellent troubleshooting abilities and experience helping clients with their technical problems by phone, email and live chat.
I have experience performing system audits to determine if and where the system needs upgrades and then making the upgrades to get the system functioning at full capacity. I have excellent problem-solving and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
