A built environment practitioner with a degree in Quantity Surveying and growing years’ of experience working on various assignments from small local projects to large projects that are mostly situated in the United States of America. Majority of my associated projects are commercial developments including hotels, hospitals, schools and renovation projects. It is my job to ensure that every project is carried out within budget and that the client is always getting good value for their money. In addition, my unbridled enthusiasm to crack on with things motivate me to be results-driven, self-motivated and always looking for the best ways to improve cost and time frames. Additionally, I have garnered knowledge and experience in computer-aided estimation software to add more productivity, competence and efficiency.
