Claudile Sydial has a passion for Customer Care/Service and all it entails. She believes customer care/service is how we treat each other in all aspects of our lives daily and not something relegated only to commerce.
A HEART NTA/VTDI NVQ Level IV Trainer, she has done Customer Service training for various Businesses and Institutions including Hotels, HEART NTA, FamPlan Jamaica and TPDCo’s Team Jamaica Programme.
Claudile who also trains in Fundamentals of Events Management and Public Speaking, is a stickler for detail, and so provides Proofreading and Editing services.
An accomplished Master of Ceremony (MC) and Presenter, Claudile has a gift to communicate – the gift of gab – and so is able to bring across her points to whomever, wherever and at whatever level. She considers it a privilege to have the platform to share life lessons and impart values to those she trains or interacts with.
Claudile, a Justice of the Peace, is a volunteer with the Northgate Youth & Family Development Foundation (NYFDF) and a Dispute Resolution Foundation trained mediator. An avid volunteer, she was recognized by the United Nations Volunteer Programme and given the Volunteer Award. She has also been bestowed with the highest honour in Junior Chamber International (JCI/Jaycees) and awarded the title of JCI Senator.
Claudile is currently training to be a certified Neuro Linguistic Programme Practitioner.
