Hi, I’m La-Toya and I work with teens and young adults just like you.
I am a transformational coach with over fifteen years working in the capacity as a Social Worker and Counsellor with youth and young adults helping them discover who they are, by uncovering what they, friends, family, the media, and others have planted, and watered but was not the truth.
This is done by taking the time to build a relationship getting to know them and providing the space to explore who they were, who they are, who they want to become and the steps needed to take to live a life that they love. A life that they wanted to jump out of bed every day to continue with.
