I am Jhonado Bellanfanti a graduate of the University of the West Indies. I am also a Public Relations consultant that focuses on all matters concerning labour. I have been practicing for over 6 years. I concentrate on alternative dispute resolution aswell as general areas of Human Resources Management such as recruiting, selection and training, aswell as performance and change management. Otherareas encompassing my degree of labour and employment relations include workplace policy development and execution, transformation, Job analysis and health and safety. I am proficient in Jamaica labour laws aswell as strstegies of collective bargaining, negotiation, conciliation and arbitration. I have worked on both fence of labour relations and as such I am multifunctional in all areas of labour. My plan is to become a lawyer and use my leverage to amend some laws which provide equity for all in the workplace arena.
