Annette P. Salmon is a trained Marketer with over 25 years in the field. Fifteen years were spent in Corporate Jamaica leading teams as Brand and Marketing Manager within industries spanning Manufacturing, Hospitality and Industrial products. 

For the last 14 years she’s had the privilege of running an agency that specializes in helping local manufacturers to build better brands, expand on the local and international markets. She assisted clients in expanding 10 fold in the North American and Asian markets using strategies that involved corporate & product re-branding, sales promotion, distributor alignment and trade events. 

She is extremely passionate about helping micro and small business owners to build their capacity in sales and marketing through her sales training program and curation of a community expo called Made in Manchester. Business owners learn how to build their confidence in creating their own marketing and business plans and selling their own products and services to achieve 2X or more results.

She has been contracted on numerous occasions by agencies such as the Scientific Research Council (SRC), Tourism Development Product Company Ltd (TPDCo) and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) to build the capacity of hundreds of micro to small small business owners across the island in the areas of marketing, sales and event planning.

She holds a BBA Degree from the University of Technology, Jamaica and MBA from the University of New Orleans both with honours. She absolutely loves gardening and has been able to relate to and impact  agriculture business owners because of this passion. She enjoys hiking, traveling to various countries and exploring the Jamaica South Coast.

She is keen on working with projects that will impact grass-root entrepreneurs and have a component of sustainability. Too often projects are done only for the books to SAY they were done but the economic impact on our grass root citizens are short lived. As a business coach she’d be happy to work on projects that have a hand holding component beyond the life of the project even for a fraction of her hourly rate.
